Welcome to the Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) Website. Phi Beta Lambda is college level FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) and has spent the past 50 years preparing bold leaders. PBL is not a fraternity or sorority, but a business-oriented organization. As a part of this organization you can be involved in many activities such as community service, compete in state and national competition in a business-related field, and meet great people who will be your friends for life. Being involved in this organization is a great way to make connections in your job field so you're even more prepared when you graduate, and what looks better on a resume!?!?
